City of Cape Town bad online service response.

I app**** online for my car license disc via City of Cape Twon eesivice on 7 April 2026 and I have received no communication for online payment details whatsoever. The Natis registration online service does also not work - does not recognize me ID details when I try to register. Why do the City of Cape Town offer an online service if they are so behind the rest.????
