Thieving service

I spent R500 in the last 2 days purchasing electricity due to ***gy backing on my account. I was in arrears on my municipality account but paid the account on the 23rd before the ***gy backing started. 2 days after the account was paid they started deducting off my electricity. I would get exactly 14 units for R100. Apparently there is nothing they can do to remove it and I have to wait 48 hours. They can't refund me my deduction either even though my account is up to date. They're a bunch of *******. It's enough that they can't supply electricity to the public now they're committing daylight ******* and taking my money without permission. It seems this city really works for you to drive you further into poverty.
