Poor service with the City of Cape Town Electrical Department

Hi good Day, I have never come across so many days I have to be without electricity on Philippi Farm. Constantly the same issue and the City of Cape Town are too lazy to do their job, poor servive when you call in and they can never assist you with 100% clarity. Our electricity is still off since yesterday and it was fixed on the 24th after loadshedding yesterday the light never went on again, every month we sit without electricity for three days and it happens every month three to four times. Endless problems only on Philippi Farm as if they don't care at all about our foods that need to be thrown away all the time.
