PLEASE FIX OUR PROBLEM

Myself & my family is sitting withOUT electricity since Saturday. When we call they confirm TICKETS have been logged. However NO ONE comes out ... It was confirmed there is people assigned that must come out to detect the problem as city cannot but they have been non -Chalon regarding this whole situation.. only once they have made an appearance. We waiting patiently.. WE ARE TIRED OF HEARING THERE IS A WHOLE LOT OF PROBLEMS THEY NEED TO FIX DUE TO THE HEAVY RAINS.. COME ALREADY!!!
