No power for 2 weeks

Last week we had no power for 5 days. It went off on 30 July and then it was restored on Sunday 4 August, but it went off again on Wednesday morning 7 August and it is still off.

We have logged numerous calls, spent hours on calls to the call centre, and still we have no information as to what is going on and when this issue will be resolved.

I have also emailed the mayor's office 3 times and got no response. The complete lack of service is both shocking and unacceptable. What are we paying rates for?
