City of Cape Town you are disgusting!

This is absolutely pathetic! You guys turned off the electricity at 11:40am then put the electricity back on for only 40 minutes! You guys have no respect for those trying to work or the elderly that need the electricity to do certain things! I DEMAND an answer as to WHY the electricity went off when it wasn't supposed to in the brooklyn Area!
