City of Cape Town electric department poor serve

I have been without electricity since 25th August 2023 06h30 am. I reported the matter to Eskom who assured me that they will come out and check what is wrong and they gave me a reference number for the complaint ***. Until today nothing has been done I have a child of 2 years that I bath with cold water every morning. Everyday I call and they promise to come the next day but nothing has been done.
