A messed up city of cape town

This City of cape town is inconsistent, *********** and extremely poor. My electricity had been off almost 48 hrs now, have a new born baby and toddler. I've called them on 4 occasions and still nothing had been done. If the citizen owes the city money, the city acts quick by sending court letters but when the citizen needs to be attended to, they just don't give a flying ****.. The ****ed DA is clearly drunk at the wheel with all its departments. Everyone in power is just there to eat the country's money and us citizens must suffer. Zimbabwe we are on our way, see you soon!!
