useless management

They do not even deserve the Terrible star rating!!!!

Cinecenter in Liberty Midlands mall ( well management ) are pathetic, useless and should rather find other jobs or they will be miserable for the rest of their lives.

I booked online to watch a movie.... the funds taken from my account but never received my reference number... I understand technology and sometimes there is a glitch so went to the mall anyway... Spoke to the lady at the counter who went to the back to call the manager.... The sad excuse of a manager on duty did not even have the decency to come out and just sent a message that the funds will automatically reverse and I must just purchase tickets again... as the movie was about to start I did so.... I did not for one second believe this as they did not even take my details.... but giving the benefit of the doubt that they might have some super intelligent system that will eventually link it and see i did not use it and reverse it... i just left it....

Well it never reversed.... I went back to the mall... to be told... sorry nothing can be done... its the risk you take when you book online.... and I can be lucky it was a Tuesday cause the tickets are cheap.... REALLY???? is that the way it works? wonder how many other people been caught like this
