Unorganized, unreliable

The online booking system is a mess and they need to sort it out. I made a booking Online and after paying it was on the wrong location. I called the call centre number and they said that they can't do anything i must just make another booking and hope that its on the correct location this time and email the head office and they will send vouchers in the next7 days. I don't see why one must double book , they should have a system where they change the booking to the correct one. This is pathetic honestly
