Unacceptable Cinema Experience

Cinema 7 : Spiderman - Far from home : 12pm screening

Compromised image.

Promised that the cropped projected image of the trailers would not continue into the feature film. Feature film had a cropped image that was absolutely distracting. The image shown near the edge was distorted and had light leakage.

Approached the ushers twice who did not assist. Additionally the left side of the screen is out of focus and the speakers crackle.

Seats are also terribly uncomfortable compared to your competition.

These is a persistent issue, please address this and not just let things slide. You need to respect your consumers accordingly.
