Ticket money not reimbursed

I booked three tickets for my family for the Tamil Movie \I"on 5 Feb 2013 for 8.30 show. The movie was not broadcasted due to technical difficulties. They took the details of all the movie goers who did not watch any other movie and said will get back to us in a week's time about the refund.<br> I have contacted them by email and phone and still no response.<br> Over the phone"
