Terrible Service!!!!! Money not returned!!!!!!

<p>This has to be the worst online service provided to customers. I went online to book tickets on 3June 2017, the money was debited from my account but the website indicated failure. when i called the call centre i was notified that the finance department will contact me. after sending several emails i still have not obtained my money. i wonder if i will ever get my money bac****! Worst service ever!!!</p>
