Terrible Service

I never experienced bad service like that in any cinema country wide, I went to watch a movie Saturday of 17 April 19h30, when I bought the tickets 2 Indian ladies who helped me were busy talking to each with no interest of us, their conversation went on after I bought tickets I bought pop corns and slash, I don't know whether they could hear me because were busy with their stories, I had to slap a counter for another attention, I was told to move to next lady(black lady) which I asked her why service is like this? She apologized and served me this two went on, with no feeling shameless, I went and watch a movie 5mins before the movie end lights came on we couldn't see a thing, we did not see the end of a movie because of blurry due to lights, I went outside and ask a security why lights was turned on while watching a movie, I was told its like that, I was so disappointed, it was the 1st I was there as my partner just move in PMB, I was so disappointed with Cinecentre service and illtreating costumers like that..
