Terrible Experience - CineCentre Suncaos

On the 23/02/2018 we went to the Cinecentre Suncoast to watch the 19h45 movie in Cine 4 seats J 6 and 7

From the moment we entered the doors to the passage leading to the cinema there was a damp, musty smell. We ignored that and proceeded to our seats. The cinema now also had damp smell and the aircons were off which made it more unbearable. Then, just when we thought things couldn't get worse...all the seats were damp.

I complained to the guy collecting the tickets, who then spoke to manager. The ticket guy returned and informed me that the manager will be switching the aircon on, and the seats are damp due to them being washed. Really guys? Wash the seats and don't bother to check if they are dry or that the cinema is in an acceptable condition before a screening?

The aircons did come on. The ticket guy came around spraying air freshener. But the manager never came once to speak to us.

I have never been to a cinema with damp seats. You guys used to have high standards, but I see that is now a thing of the past.
