Poor sound and picture clarity of movie..

We went to suncoast cine centre for the real deal promo. our movie of choice was Marry Me.The movie itself of such a poor quality.Sound was even worst.Could not understand a word.The lights was never switched off.The forthcoming attractions clips were cut off.When we asked to speak to the manager we were informed they are closing and he as already left..to call in the morning.What a total waste of money.Can someone at cine centre suncoast contact me urgently..it was 5 movie tickets and I would like a refund or a redo .
