not user friendly website

It is unfortunate there is only one movie place in pmb, cos Cinecenter is not like other movie houses. The website is not user friendly have complained about it many times including the call center and they said there has been many complaints about the website changing. Previously one could look at a glance all the the movies and times in one place eg liberty midlands mall. Now there is more clicks of the mouse to get info. At times there is no family movies as all movies are violence and language. No one bothers to get back to us. Service at liberty midlands mall is terrible, inside the seats are dusty with salt etc from previous movies.
