NO regard for Patrons!

I was at Grandwest 11th Feb 2021, watching the 8 o clock show Marry me. The sound was bad at the start of the movie and I walked out to tell the guy at the tickets to please check it. When I came out I slipped and fell because the floor was wet with no warning signs around. The lady mopping just came to say sorry. Didn't even try and help.me up. The guy just proceeded to say he will check the sound. But no regard for my wellbeing or that I got hurt. I have sore elbow, wrist, hand and knee from trying to stop myself from falling. But the floor was actually very wet. Only after I fell did she then proceed to put up the Wet Floor sign. I have whatsapped them and contacted them via other channels and no one evens acknowledges receipt. REALLY?
