Horrible Service, Dishonest business practice!

Horrible service, I'm still waiting on reimbur*****t of my ticket for a movie that failed halfway though playing. They made us fill out forms and promised a reimbur*****t ticket but months later and I've still haven't heard anything. They don't respond to messages or emails.
