Last night my wife and I drove over 50km to watch a movie at Grand West casino premises from what was a terrible company experience for me.

The movie was great (Woman King), the sound not all that great but my dissapointment was in the staff who were completely *********** to process a gift voucher my wife had recieved from a dear friend. They even had the audacity to insinuate that the voucher might already have been used when it was clear they don't know how to process the gift voucher. We watched the 5pm showing, and though the manager was called to assist my wife he was useless in resolving the mater being the one making the insinuations, and clearly also not knowing the process for this gift voucher. So we paid cash and reluctantly enjoyed the movie after such a sour experience. This beside the manager refusing to see us when he heard we wanted to complain about this treatment after the movie. Despicable terrible treatment of customers.
