Empty promises and *********** staff

About two weeks ago I had a terrible experience at the Cine centre at liberty Midlands mall. I had complained about this and was promised that the matter would be addressed and would not repeat itself.

Last night I decided to go to this establishment. I was running late for a movie and thankfully there wasnt anyone in the queue.

As I stood before the cashier waiting to purchase a ticket, I greeted her and she ignored me and began talking to someone across her while I had been waiting.

This continued for about five minutes as I just waited and was not even greeted or acknowledged.

When she finally decided to turn her attention toward me, she had a terrible attitude and no friendly service whatsoever.

Don't these people know how to smile? Or even greet?

I am completely appalled by this disgusting service and the attitude of this woman.

How long will this continue for? We are paying customers and should not be treated this way.
