Double deduction from my card

Hello. On Saturday 25 April I did on line booking for a movie. The online system initially gave me an error but thereafter accepted the payment. When I check my card statement i noted that a double deduction was done. I send a query to Cinecentre but did get the courtesy of a call let alone an email. The booking reference was: W4WTKWX
