DISGUSTING SERVICE

I made a booking online via the cine centre website for a movie that was a Brand New Release. First day and first show.

My booking was cancelled and I was not offered a refund. I was told that I would receive vouchers.

Upon receiving my vouchers the email states that it cannot be used for the first week of a new release.

This is completely unacceptable as I paid for a movie that was in the first week of release.

I’ve emailed them back but have not received a response. I tried the call centre and their operating hours are only on selected days. I’ve used their WhatsApp line and got no response. I’ve called their offices and there is no answer.

This service is absolutely pathetic!!!
