Disgusting service

On the 14th of January I went to the cine centre at liberty mall as I am a regular. As I waited to purchase a ticket I was not even greeted by the lady at the counter even after I had greeted her. I was extremely disappointed as this was not the first time receiving bad service at this cinema. When I went to the refreshments counter to order, the lady was so arrogant and just stared at me when I ordered and asked "anything else" with the worse possible art while I was placing my order. The terrible customer service had spoiled the entire evening for me. I am entirely disgusted with the pathetic service and I will not return as this behavior seems to be an exception at this cinema.

The ladies at cine centre do not greet and every time which I went to the cinema I was treated with such disrespect. People should be treated with dignity and respect as we are paying customers and loyal. Cine centre being the only cinema in PMB should have higher standards of customer service. I feel as if customer service does not exist at this cinema. Very very upset ! The attitude of the staff is so pathetic. I've always greeted them but received arrogance and rudeness in return. I've never experienced such terrible service at any other cinema. This is why I would rather travel the distance to other cinemas as I have never had this problem anywhere else. The staff should value people and not treat them with such disrespect

Thank you for your response but please could you tell me how does that make the terrible customer service which has already been experienced any better? The disgusting service has left a lasting impression! I would not recommend this cinema to anyone.
