Crowd Management

The service is excellent however, the Liberty Midlands Mall branch gets busy on a Tuesday and instead of managing the crowd by allocating more employees to check and scan the tickets, there was only one gentleman there today (3 April 2018) to manage the masses and only one person was permitted to enter at a time whilst being pushed and jostled by the crowd that can be likened to a stampede. By the time we eventually got into the theatre, the movie had already started despite the fact that we had been waiting to get in 15 minutes before hand.
