Cinema dead and terrible service

Movie is suppose to start at 14.30, it is now 14.59 and now one has even come to tell us that there a issue!!! Went to complain at counter she just says eish I'll come now, this is really pathetic service my goodness! For a company like grand casino that makes billions there technology is rediculous
