Cinecentre pathetic and unfair

I booked 3 seats for the movie captain marvel for myself and for my best friend who just turned 21 when I booked the seats the money was taken from my bank account but when I called the call center they said that my transaction had failed etc I then asked the lady to help me book again let alone the fact that she cut the call on me whilst I was complaining about how bad your system is, my friend has to sit in a pathetic spot in the cinema because of your pathetic system and im very angry about it especially since I had booked those seats in advance and I had nice seats booked then I get attitude from your call center as well as terrible seats in your cinema I deserve compensation for this Its not the first time this has happened to me with regards to your cinema
