Cinecentre movie booking

I booked movie tickets on 10/02/2019 via their I- pay system. I did not receive the reference number for the movie booked however the money did go off my account. When I got to Suncoast, my tickets were not there. A helpful girl over the counter assisted me and rebooked my tickets. She also called Cine centre call centre querying about the booking and the money coming off the account. They told her due to it being Sunday the reversal would be in my account on Monday. It's almost a month now, after numerous email & calls I have not received my refund nor has any one ever contacted me from Cine Centre. I spoke to 5 different people and each they have different stories. I always told them to contact me after 5pm on weekdays no response. My emails and writing to them on their web page and to them on Facebook still no response no my refund.
