Chilling experience at CineCentre Midlands Mall

My friends and I visited the Cinecentre at Midlands Mall on 28/04/2018 to watch the Avengers: Infinty War movie at 7:30pm. From the moment we walked in it was super cold. Being desperate and having paid R75 each for out tickets we decided to stay on. A few minutes into the movie we could no longer tolerate the cold temperature so one of my friends went out to ask if she could purchase a hot beverage, which the theatre does not sell nor was she allowed to go out an get something from another place. She then asked if the AC could be put up to a warmer temperature and was then told that the AC's are on cold on purpose as they want patrons to leave during the movie due to discomfort.

Seems like Cinecentre is running a "I want to ***** your money show" by robing patrons of comfort and causing us to waste our money if we cannot tolerate the cold.

Since this is the only cinema in Pmb, we tend to be regular patrons. It has been cold before but not to the extent it was this time around and being told its being done on purpose really ****ed us off.

Something must be done. We would look like fools carrying thick jackets and blankets on a hot day just because we are going for a movie where we know we are going to be freezing our butts off!
