Cannot offer the services stated

This is the second time at liberty midlands mall cinecentre that they cannot process my cinevouchers. I have been to suncoast numerous times and they had no problem proccessing my voucher. If cinecentre cannot offer this service then they shouldnt be affiliated with the celk c get more rewards. Today the lady and manage tried over 5 times to enter my voucher code, clearly not knowing which options to select. Conveniently after being told something is wrong with my codes, the one code worked but the second code could not. Clearly there's nothing wrong with my codes from cell c if the one worked. I bought my vouchers online and because of there *********** I had to spend extra buying another ticket at the cashier since the one ticket had been processed. Very frustrated and disappointed as this is not the first time I have had such an experience.
