Beverage Poisoning and Poor Customer Serivice

I Khakalethu Mantini, went to watch a 20:15 movie on the 31st of August 2019. I was served a Soft Drink that is DIRTY AND who know what it could do in my stomach system (Fanta Orange poured from a Machine). At first I didn’t smell nor feel anything wrong but when it got at the bottom I had a funny smell or taste from the drink, when I looked inside it i found dirt and change of color all over it.

I Immediately went out of the movie and went to look for the Manager and found a lady by the name of Ms Moodley, who came with an hot attitude and denied that their cashier would serve me such a dirty drink. She said they will call me on the 01st of September as I requested that she probes an investigation with regards to this, and I was starting to vomit because of the dirt or funny leaves in the drink. Up until now no one from the CineCentre at Midlands Mall in Pietermaritzburg has came back to me.

The attitude of this lady and their silent response until moment is an indication of how much the CineCentre at Midlands Mall in Pietermaritzburg values their customers.
