Bad Service and Poor MOVIE standards

Yesterday I went to watch a Movie at your Suncoast Theatre. when I got to the Cashier, I was not asked, nor informed that if I had a Suncoast Gold Card, that I can get this Tickets at a Discounted rates. When I saw someone else booking and doing it, only then did i realise that this can be done. When I questioned the Cashier is this can be done for me, now having finalised my booking, she rep**** with a very unfriendly NO. Not to spoil the day, being Fathers Day, we went to buy Popcorn etc. which was greeted by a very NON Smiley person. After buying the popcorn, we went into the movie. The movie started with very poor sound quality.The sound was scratchy. I watched Bollywood movie, and in these movies, there are song and dance. While the song and dance was happening, the sound was pathetict. Audio was poor. Once the movie broke for Intermission, everybody went to the bathroom, or get more refreshments, But as soon as the lights came on, we left, and a couple mins later, the movie started, meaning majority of the patrons missing a good few mins of the movie. All this combined, is not what i paid for, price of movies and popcorn arent cheap, the least we could get was good everything
