Bad service

My sister and I went to watch a late movie yesterday (22/08/2017) round about 20:00pm. When we got to the cashier as we were about to buy refreshments, we asked the cashier Nqobile ( Medium height, had a bonding extensions, age 25-35, African lady, dark in complexion, wearing a black skirt and black top) if she could please assist us with the price as we could not see the price menu. she then pointed a small screen with an attitude for us look at, we looked at the screen and we were ready to order. Again with an attitude she dismissed us to the next cashier because she wanted to serve other customers (she said). Without causing a seen we moved to the cashier who was next to her (Medium height, had Yaki extensions, age 20-30, African lady, light in complexion, wearing a black skirt and black top) and we placed our order. This cashier also with an attitude told us that we will wait for order but what really got to us this time is that, other customers behind us were getting their orders without even waiting a minutes of waiting. This was bad service I have ever received and we couldn't even enjoy the movie because of this experience
