Bad Client Services

On Tuesday, 17 February 2015, at 17:00 we decided to watch a movie at Cinecentre at Liberty Mall in Pietermaritzburg. We requested an isle seat as my leg was injured and I needed more space. There were 3 seats open, but the lady who assisted us suddenly informed us that the 3-seat rows are meant for 3 people and not two.<br> <br> She refused to give us 2 tickets as we were only two people and said that one seat will be wasted. She informed me that, with or without an injury I can only sit in the middle rows and not the side rows. She informed us to go home and not watch the movie.<br> <br> This incident is shocking and now forces me to rather buy a 3D TV and download movies and watch it in the comfort of my own home months before it releases in the country. Behaviour like this is unacceptable.
