Killarney Cine centre has the most pathetic service ever. Premier Night 50 Shades of Grey - The movie was to start at 20:00. At 20:30 the Manager (Nthabiseng) walks into the cinema and announces that they will unfortunately not be screening the movie because they did not have a Special Security key to open the movie. Nthabiseng said that they were trying to get hold of the TechDpt from 18h00, but with no success, also her manager is on a flight to DBN and cannot be contacted. She could do nothing except give us a refund or a comp.
