Poor to no service at all

Logged a claim with them after items were ****** from my checked in bag on flysafair as they carry their insurance if you take that option , iv been trying to get feedback via email they never respond , and when you call their contact number they answer after many tries and when they eventually do the lady at the reception will say she is putting you through, then you hold for hours and no one ever answers the phone , she the lady at reception will then ask to take your details and she will get someone to call you back , you will wait in vain for that call
