Pathetic Service from FlySafair and Chubb Insurance

On the 9th May 2023 my bag was damaged on flight FA321 from Dbn to Lanseria. I filled a property Irregularity report and was told they would get back to me. On the 3 June I contacted flysafair and was told to contact chubbier insurance.i paid for travel/baggage insurance on my flight. Between flysafair and Chubb insurance I aam to date getting no joy. Policy no FSAFSABI REF *** X2B547. CHUBB INSURANCE manger Ashleigh Both says there is nothing he can do from his side??? Spoke to a lady today Mahlatsi from chubb *** still nobody can help me.i was told it takes 21 working days to sort out and I have passed my 21days. I'm really frustrated as I travel frequently from jhb to Dbn. I decided to use another airline as I'm extremely unhappy with the service delivery from Safair and their insurance company Chubb Insurance.
