I put in notice for cancellation of insurance in October. Notice was a full 30 days for November however in December the debit went through to which I contacted Chubb and forwarded them proof of Notice of cancellation. After numerous months of reversals and Complaints they finally stopped debiting only to come back and debit in April.

I'm now advised that I had sent the Notice to a wrong e-mail which I got from their tele-consultant. I queried with them if I sent notice to the non-existence e-mail why it did not bounce back to which I was advised that they will refer the matter to their Head Office and come back to me however Im still waiting while they try to debit my account for a cancelled contract.
