Feel useless

So called "free" travel insurance through Discovery Travel. Not true. This company is either non existent or just takes money and then that's that. I been trying to do a claim from them but they do not answer any mails, which bh the way is only way to correspond with them. Not even a please go away mail(as I'm not allowed to swear here). It is an internationally based company so there is no way of contacting them and they just not interested in answering emails or claim application. Discovery Bank please stop using this as a selling tool
