DESTROYED BAGGAGE

My suitcase was mutilated on a recent Flysafair flight. Despite following all protocols and having the basic insurance - which should cover a destroyed suitcase (excluding contents) - what a revolting response.... you should be ashamed of yourselves. Basic insurance covers damaged valuables. You guys destroyed by bag and yet... i must foot the bill for a new one??
