Delayed response for the claim.

On the 21st of October I boarded flysafair flight from JHB to DURBAN. On arriving at home I found out that my bag was opened and searched and everything was mixed and chaotic. I noticed I was missing a bottle of perfume. I notified flysafair. They responded and referred me to Chubb and forwarded me a letter they had sent to Chubb.Until today Chubb has not contacted me. I paid the bag insurance. I am waiting for the response from Chubb.
