Chubb Travel Insurance a ****!!!

I booked a flight with Flysafair and took a travel Insurance with Chubb Travel Insurance. Due to a family emergency i wanted my flight to be changed to a later date, Chubb did not assit me. They never even responded to the emails I sent to them.Their automatic answering machine said I should sort the matter out with Flysafair.Flysafair said I should sort it out with Chubb, to date I have not received any feedback.
