Chubb insurance terrible service

Good day I was emailed to say chubb insurance were to respond to my claim with in 2 to 3 business working days. After waiting and not receiving a call back I decided to call them myself. The lady Maureen said the claims officer Marleen was unavailable to attend to my request and there was nobody to assist me.

They requested me to fill in my claims form and get case numbers within 48hrs after my goods were ****** and I had to do all of this in Johannesburg out of my comfort zone away from home before my 48hrs lapsed. And now I have to wait weeks for my things to be processed
