Chubb Insurance South Africa dismissed my claim for spurious reasons

I signed up for a travel insurance with Chubb Insurance South Africa while booking a flight with FlySAfair. I then cancelled my flight due to unforseen circumstances. I called Chubb Insurance to enquire about a refund which was covered under my insurance. An extremely rude customer service lady dismissed me in a matter of seconds for spurious reasons they do not disclose to you when you take their travel insurance. I will never take this insurance again and will never encourage anyone to take it.
