ABSA private client travel insurance terrible service

As a ABSA private banking client we get free travel insurance. We got a policy end of last year for our oversees trip. The short is that we missed a paid for tour to the eifel tower becuase of the striking of train workers in Paris during our stay. One of our suitcases was also damaged during our last flight home from JHB to CPT. I have sumbitted 2 claims to chubb middle of January. A lot of emails where I had to continuously explain what happened. I still do not have conclusion of the claim payout. The people taht I dealt with is just very *********** and keep on asking same questions over and over. I a fedup with this kind of service. We should have piece of mind having travel insurance but this kind of service when it actually comes to submitting a claim is terrible. I have a huge email trail I can send to the person investigating this matter. The person from chubb (Shamina Singh) basically just told me to send my info onto another company. Not insterested in handling the claim on my behalf because the insurance is indeed with CHUBB. Why would ABSA use CHUBB if this is the type of service the clients getting
