I would like to thank Brendan for his help in processing my claim. What stands out about him is his high level of professionalism, sense of urgency and depth of knowledge in the industry. He was very polite and he was explaining everything that was happening until the claim was finally processed. In my mind I can say he enjoys doing his job. Thank very much Brendan.
