I would like to express my gratitude to specifically Nico Naidu at Choice Insurance Brokers for always going above and beyond in his duty as an Insurance broker. I had Insurance for over 23 years and in my opinion, I have never had a display of such consummate service especially with established name brands who have been in the industry for many decades. I unfortunately had 2 accidents within a space of approximately 3 months apart. One being a windscreen claim and the other was an MVA claim. Nico went out of his way to assist me in arranging for my car to be repaired in the best time with the highest quality workmanship, at times convenient to me. I explained my crisis wrt the impact of not having a vehicle and Nico went above and beyond. He even responded to my messages after hours. He made telephonic follow ups with me after hours to ensure that everything was moving along accordingly, and as planned, to honor my urgent requests. Nico assisted in arranging for my vehicle to be sent to another branch for the repairs to be conducted so that I could get my car returned in the best possible time. As a customer who was impaired and dependent on a service provider to get my life back to normal again, I expected the same service as received in the past when I was a customer with service providers who are in the industry for decades. I must confirm that with Nico Naidu I got the "ROLLS ROYCE" of customer service. The service, the care, the professionalism, the constant feedback, the quality is impeccable and flawless. All Companies have employees who display professionalism but this was unparalleled. The difference between other Insurance Companies out there and Choice Insurance is that they do not have a "Nico Naidu" who is very responsive and benevolent in what he does as a Broker. Nico is a rare example of what all customers require. It is not about being a slave to your job. It is about caring and finesse when the circumstances may warrant it.
