Great service, response time and follow-ups.

Sha Govender is my broker at Choice Insurance Brokers. I've only been with them since December 2023 after she got a great insurance premium and saving for me.

I logged a claim in June this hear for my damaged caravan. From the word go, she assisted me in logging the claim, stepping me though the process and following up all the time. Her response time is almost instant and she has been available via WhatsApp which makes it so easy. Also feedback via email and phone calls.

From arranging the accessor to come out to sending the damage report and quote to the Insurer, I never had to speak or communicate to the underlying insurer Hollard. She handled everything. The caravan unfortunately was a write-off but even from there the settlement and all the documents was handled effortlessly.
