I am so happy to have dealt with Nico, where I tried on numerous occasions to lodge a claim with the service provider directly, and no luck at all in reaching them, Nico, as the consultant stepped in, logged the claim, and even reminded me every step of the way where there was outstanding information from my side. He also constantly kept me in the loop of the progress of the claim, until payout, and execution onlf required work. I am so glad to have Nico as my broker and would recommend his services to anyone.
