Brendan Pillay - Service Hero at Choice Insurance
Today I was reminded of the lack of service orientation in South Africa but then I got a call from Brendan Pillay at Choice who reminded me that service excellence does still exist! Thanks Brendan for always being on top of everything when needed. It’s so rare to find great service these days but many should learn from Brendan’s positive approach and commitment to customer service!
